Managing Director Process Automation Solutions GmbHDr. Christian Debus joined ATS in September 2018 in his current role as President of Process Automation Solutions. He began his professional career at Daimler in research and technology. He then worked at Malik MZSG, a management consulting firm based in Switzerland. After his tenure there, he moved to Keiper Recaro Group, where he headed Corporate Development and Strategy before moving to Japan as Managing Director of RECARO Asia Pacific. After returning to Germany from Japan, he took over overall responsibility for RECARO Car Seating worldwide and then headed Camfil’s Industrial Air Cleaning business unit before joining ATS.

Professor of Logistics EngineeringProf. Johannes Fottner studied mechanical engineering at TUM and received his PhD at the same university in the field of materials handling, material flow and logistics. From 2002 to 2008, he held a number of managerial positions at the Swisslog Group. In 2008, he took over as managing director of the MIAS Group. Fottner holds the Bavarian state chair and deputy national chair of the Society for Production and Logistics at the Association of German Engineers (VDI). In 2016, he was appointed professor of logistics engineering at TUM.

Professor of Logistics EngineeringProf. Günthner has studied mechanical engineering and economics at the TU München. After his doctorate (1985) at the chair of materials handling there, he worked as design and technical manager for materials handling and material flow technology at the Max Kettner company. In 1989 he took over the professorship for materials handling and material flow technology at the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg. From 1994 to 2017 he was head of the Chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow and Logistics at the TU München.

Professor of Production and LogisticsProf. Meißner has studied mechanical engineering and industrial engineering at TUM and MIT, USA and received his PhD in the field of logistics and factory control. From 2009 to 2015 he held various management positions in logistics at MAN Diesel and MAN Truck & Bus. Prof. Meißner was appointed Professor of “Production Management and Logistics” at Landshut University of Applied Sciences in 2015. Among other things, he is responsible for all research activities in the field of Production and Logistics Systems (PULS). Prof. Meißner has been active as management consultant since 2007.

Anja Meinen
Systemic Consultant/TherapistAnja Meinen
Systemic Consultant/TherapistAnja Meinen studied psychology and worked for 13 years in two international corporations in a variety of personnel functions. From HR project management in the establishment of new locations in Germany and abroad, the introduction of key performance indicator systems and personnel development concepts as well as the design of mergers & acquisitions to European HR management, she acquired her own leadership experience at a very early stage and was able to consistently help shape changes. It is always important to her to take people with her in order to make these changes (of processes, organizations, procedures, etc.) sustainable. In 2010, together with an Austrian partner, she became self-employed and now supports companies, teams and individuals in the sustainable design of their changes (e.g. changes in organisational structure, conflict management, building new teams, restructuring). She carries out her activities worldwide – due to her business fluent English language skills she is working in North and South America, Europe and Asia in various companies. Since completing her studies, she has continued to train herself in a wide variety of coaching methods and, after several years of training, is now a certified systemic consultant according to SySt®. In this context she is now also active as a lecturer in Germany and abroad and trains consultants and coaches herself.

Johannes Andexlinger
Systemic Consultant/MediatorJohannes Andexlinger
Systemic Consultant/MediatorJohannes Andexlinger graduated from mechanical engineering in 1987. He then worked as a freelancer in the technical development area (automotive). After that he switched to an Austrian provider of technical development software. His areas of responsibility were the support of sales processes from acquisition to completion, coupled with subsequent implementation technical software, as well as training and consulting, followed by 13 years working for a US software company in the high-end area of digital product development. His role was expanded in 2001 to include management responsibility for an international team (CER, EMEA, RU) of international trading partners, where he and his team were responsible for the training of the trading partners in technical sales, technical training and further education, as well as soft skills.
Parallel to his leadership role, Johannes completed an apprenticeship as a “Systemic Coach” in 2006. Since then he has worked as a coach parallel to his job.
In 2010 he started his own business with a German partner and supports companies, teams and individuals in the sustainable design of their changes (e.g. changes in the organizational structure, conflict management, building new teams, restructuring).
In 2014 Johannes completed the master’s degree “Business & Project Mediation ” and since then accompanies conflict resolution in companies as well as in the private sector.
Johannes continuously attends further training courses to be able to accompany his customers “state of the art” and is a certified systemic consultant after SySt® after several years of training.

Dr. Markus Wirz

Supply Chain ManagementDr. Markus Wirz studied business economics with focus on logistics and operations management as well as information management and multimedia at HAW Landshut, APU Cambridge and TH Ingolstadt. He did the doctors degree at universiti of Erlangen-Nürnberg. Between 2005 and 2010 he worked at in the faculty of Logistics at TH Ingolstadt in several logistics and production related research projects. Since 2006 he work as self employed consultant for supply chain and operations management. From time to time he deliver lectures for logistics or digitalization at TH Ingolstadt.
