We of course draw our strength first and foremost from our accumulated expertise, but then at least as much from the way we work and stick together. Our remarkable team spirit didn't just grow on trees. Quite the contrary, we do a lot to cultivate it. Several times a year we organize group activities, including family members if interested. From go-carting and a soccer cup to team weekends in the mountains, we've done it all. Everybody can submit their suggestions and ideas. These group activities are voluntary and extremely popular, not just because they are fun, but because they also bring us closer together. And that helps us in our everyday work.

The fact that we promote and support each other in the team also includes also concern for our health, because our day-to-day work demands a high level of commitment, which uses up resources that need to be replenished. That's why we only pay a small share of the fees for the gym and several times a year we are allowed to treat ourselves to a medical massage at the company's expense – all at no obligation, of course. Our lunch is subsidized, and if we need to take a break in the office, we help ourselves to coffee, tea, snacks and fruit at the company’s expense. Every month we reflect on our level of satisfaction with the work situation in a questionnaire which acts as our “burnout insurance”.

When necessary, working days can sometimes be longer. A sick child at home, a long family holiday or a private appointment? By providing unconditional support in the team, we prevent many problems before they even arise.

Appreciation on the part of the employer is, of course, also expressed in cash. So let's talk about money: Depending on a number of factors, financial bonuses are firmly entrenched in our salary model. We receive a performance-related salary component of up to 20 percent plus a profit share. Not always a given: We are compensated for our overtime hours. In addition, the company shows its appreciation on special occasions with extra benefits and grants special leave for weddings and the birth of children.

Appreciation on the part of the employer is, of course, also expressed in cash.
